Our Story
Our Paletería was born from my mom’s dream of sharing the authentic flavors of Michoacán. While she dedicated herself to supporting our family, her passion for making paletas never faded.

After years of hard work, she returned to her hometown to perfect her craft, learning from the source and refining every recipe with love and care.

With those cherished flavors and traditions, we opened our ice cream shop here in Rancho Cordova to serve Mexican-style paletas and frozen desserts that bring a taste of home to our local community in the 95670.
